Orders will ship in 1 to 2 business days! The shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. You will be quoted the shipping charge before your order is finalized. Orders with multiple quantites or items and any order shipping to AK, HI, FPO, APO addresses and First Class Shipping Option will not be quoted the correct shipping charge. If an adjustment of more than $5.00 is added, an email will be sent with the shipping charges before your order is shipped (FPO, APO and First Class Shipments ship via Priority Mail). When choosing an air shipment option be aware that the order will not ship until the next business day. Air shipments do not include Saturday Delivery options. Please be sure to check the UPS delivery map above for delivery schedules. PLEASE NOTE: On orders where more than one item of product is placed, your shipping charges may not be calculated correctly. We combine whatever we can into as few a number of packages to give you the lowest shipping charges possible. We will adjust these charges accordingly, if we need to add to the charges and the adjustment is in excess of $5.00 we will notify you before charging any additional shipping charges. All other orders will be shipped via UPS. Please make sure that the address information you enter into the computer is accurate and includes the correct zip code and any apartment or suite numbers (No PO Boxes for UPS Shipping Addresses). Please only type the information requested in the space provided for the name and address (no comments). UPS charges a $10 address correction fee if they need to make any changes to the shipping address. We will charge your credit card $10 if we are charged for an incorrect address on your order. If a PO Box address is given UPS charges may be calculated, the order will be shipped via First Class Mail and a cost adjustment may have to be made. You will be notified if the adjustment is in excess of $5.00. All orders will ship the following business day after your order is placed. GIFT MESSAGES: Space is limited on our order forms for gift messages; 6 lines, 30 spaces per line. Please keep your gift messages brief. Any gift messages containing inappropriate language will not be included. Any special information, flavor requests, HOLD dates, etc. that we need to know about your order should be typed in the "Comments" box on the Payment screen of your order, as opposed to emailing additional information about your order. This way we can be sure that your request or information is added to the order before it is processed and not overlooked. The unit prices of our products include a handling charge which covers the costs of packaging materials and labor to prepare your order for shipment.
